Job Details
- Assist patients with personal hygiene and nutritional needs based on the care plan
- Perform hourly rounding in collaboration with the clinical RN
- Obtain and document patient care data as directed by the RN
- Support patient ambulation and positioning according to the care plan
Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited CNA program and active listing on the Illinois CNA Registry or nursing student with at least one completed clinical rotation (written verification required)
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
