Inventory Team Lead

Job Details

  • Assign and coordinate team workload while maintaining positive morale and productivity
  • Monitor WIP, error logs, exceptions, and generate weekly inventory reports
  • Provide accurate inventory data and metrics to Inventory Control leadership
  • Ensure audits of part boxes are completed accurately and on schedule
  • Plan and execute daily cycle counts and maintain proper ABC material classifications
  • Partner with yard and production teams to review returned parts and determine appropriate inventory adjustments

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of leadership experience
  • 1–3 years of inventory cycle counting experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
