Job Details

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their rooms
Deliver and retrieve guest luggage during check-in and departure, transporting items to storage or the Front Drive
Maintain accurate records of all luggage deliveries and pickups
Acknowledge all guests in the lobby and proactively offer assistance

Skills and Qualifications

Previous guest services experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort environment
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and push carts weighing up to 200 lbs
Comfortable with prolonged periods of walking and standing
Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
