Bell Attendant

Job Details

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their rooms
  • Deliver and retrieve guest luggage during check-in and departure, transporting items to storage or the Front Drive
  • Maintain accurate records of all luggage deliveries and pickups
  • Acknowledge all guests in the lobby and proactively offer assistance

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous guest services experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort environment
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and push carts weighing up to 200 lbs
  • Comfortable with prolonged periods of walking and standing
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
