Warehouse Worker

Job Description

  • Use a forklift and other heavy machinery to navigate the warehouse, pull products, and fulfill customer orders from one of three warehouse environments: dry (room temperature), cooler (36 degrees), or frozen (-5 degrees)
  • Lift cases that weigh an average of 14 lbs (35-60 lbs on the high end)
  • Obtain required forklift certification during in-house training
  • Schedules are either three twelve-hour days a week or four ten-hour days a week with overnight, weekend, and tenure shift differentials

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse experience is required; multi-temperature warehouse experience preferred
  • Must be able to pass a standard physical abilities test and have sufficient vision and hearing necessary to operate powered equipment safely
  • Ideal candidates have overnight availability, including weekends
  • Relevant soft skills include a safety-first mindset and a good attendance record
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
