Job Description

Recruit, train, and communicate with employees
Develop, plan, and assign daily goals, tasks, and team member assignments
Manage, supervise, and evaluate the team and individual staff performance
Assist in analyzing sales reports and comparisons

Skills & Qualifications

2 years of management/supervisory experience in the food and beverage industry is required
Associates degree or equivalent coursework preferred
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
Relevant soft skills include management and conflict resolution
