Job Description

  • Engage with prospective customers through sales calls to ensure their needs are met and to close sales (no cold calls) 
  • Manage inbound calls efficiently, address customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues while maintaining high standards of customer service 
  • Stay informed about and adhere to Federal and State legal requirements and standards to ensure compliance in all interactions 
  • Utilize strong oral and written communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with customers. 
  • Apply good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain accurate records 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Current life insurance license in your resident state is required 
  • 1 year of sales or customer service experience is an asset 
  • High-speed, hardwired internet connection with 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload in your home is necessary 
  • Relevant skills include comfort working on a computer, specifically with email and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
