Job Details
- Process customer transactions quickly and accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, providing change and receipts as needed
- Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve any concerns to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, restocking merchandise when needed
- Adhere to store policies and procedures, including handling returns, exchanges, and promotions
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Open availability is required (early mornings, evenings, and weekend)
- Successful applicants are required to provide I-9 documents (a valid driver's license or state ID and social security card) if selected for an in-person interview
- Must be at least 16 years old
