Job Details
- Provide prompt, friendly, and patient customer service in person and by phone, including handling special orders and ensuring a welcoming shopping experience
- Support store operations by learning and following performance standards, sales goals, merchandising plans, and documentation procedures
- Assist in inventory management through product ordering, stock rotation, invoice checks, and maintaining accurate inventory using store systems
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper product storage conditions across departments, following sanitation schedules and 5S standards
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations while promoting teamwork and a positive work environment
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory capacity, especially in a retail setting, is preferred
- Ideal candidates enjoy varied tasks given the role involves working in different departments and temperatures in the store
- Ability to read product descriptions and shelf tags for ordering and organizing merchandise is essential
- Must have flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Relevant soft skills include basic math skills, following directions, and communication
