Guest Experience Ambassador

• Welcome and assist guests with a friendly, positive attitude
• Share information and ensure safe, enjoyable guest experiences
• Support event operations including attractions, activities, and line management
• Direct guests during downtime or emergencies as needed
• Collaborate with team members across Winter Wonder Fest and Navy Pier

• Must be available to work on-site, in-person at Navy Pier, at least 15-20 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Customer service or guest experience background
• Comfortable standing for long periods in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
