Job Details
- Build lasting customer relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending tailored products and services
- Collaborate with business partners to connect customers with experts in mortgage, wealth management, and other specialized areas
- Operate teller drawer to process transactions in the lobby and drive-up
- Open new accounts, perform account maintenance, and assist customers with digital banking tools
- Identify potential fraud and risk, support bank opening/closing procedures, and participate in community and bank events
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of previous banking experience is required; 1-2 years of customer contact and sales experience is preferred
- Must be available to work all shifts, including Saturdays
- Travel between branches may be necessary
- Relevant soft skills include customer service, communication, attention to detail, and attention to detail
