- Communicate teller policy and procedure updates to branch team members and coordinate with operational support teams as needed
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues
- Lead by example through accurate teller drawer management and daily operations support
- Deliver exceptional customer service and identify cross-sell opportunities to support branch goals
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous teller experience required
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
