Job Details
- Prepare menu items for patients, cafeteria, and catered services while following sanitation, safety, and food handling procedures
- Maintain clean and sanitary work areas, including washing dishes, equipment, and completing cleaning assignments
- Support team operations by answering customer questions and assisting with additional tasks as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or 2+ years of institutional cooking experience required
- Prior kitchen or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Friendly and confident when interacting with patients and coworkers
- Food Handler Training Certificate (ANSI Accredited) required within 30 days of hire
- Must be able to commute to assigned locations within 30–35 minutes by personal vehicle
