Job Details
- Deliver patient meal trays, continental breakfasts, snacks, and nourishments to assigned units
- Follow scripts, age-appropriate guidelines, and patient identification procedures to ensure correct diet trays are delivered
- Clean and sanitize nourishment centers and soiled tray carts
- Maintain food service sanitation and quality control standards
Skills and Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous food service experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and speak English and follow directions
- Within 30 days of hire, must obtain a Food Handler, ServSafe, or Illinois Department of Public Health certification
