Shift Lead

Job Details

  • Open and close the store in the absence of management, manage cash handling procedures, oversee daily readiness of sales floor and stockroom, and receive vendor deliveries 
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, resolving issues, and modeling service best practices to team members 
  • Support store operations by processing returns, handling register transactions, maintaining accurate inventory, executing resets and signage updates, and ensuring compliance with pricing and product placement standards 
  • Assist with training, coaching, and communication among team members, act as liaison in management’s absence, and report customer concerns or disciplinary issues 
  • Complete assigned administrative tasks including bookkeeping, maintenance requests, system updates, and adherence to regulatory and company policies 

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1+ year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience is required 
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends 
  • Knowledge of store inventory control is preferred 
  • Relevant soft skills include strong customer service and teamwork 
  • Must pass an online multiple choice assessment
