- Handle inbound customer interactions via phone, chat, and email in a fast-paced environment
- Identify upselling opportunities and close sales to meet commission and performance targets
- Resolve customer issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections accurately
- Clearly explain bills, services, and product features to customers
- Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate to higher-level support when necessary
Skills and Qualifications
- 1+ year of consistent experience in an inbound call center or similar environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Commission-based sales experience strongly preferred
- Strong customer focus, work ethic, and attention to detail
- Effective problem-solving skills
