Job Details
- Receive, stock, and organize merchandise according to Walgreens’ inventory procedures
- Conduct inventory counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods
- Support loss prevention and shrink reduction initiatives
- Collaborate with store team members to maintain a well-organized sales floor and stockroom
- Assist with pharmacy-related inventory tasks as needed, following training and certification
Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in inventory, stockroom, or operations roles
- Ability to obtain Pharmacy Technician Certification within 2 years, including passing the PTCB exam
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow processes, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Basic computer skills and comfort using inventory systems
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
