Job Details

  • Learn to manage daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate team members to meet performance goals
  • Support hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures
  • Deliver a positive and inclusive customer experience

  • Participate in a formal training program to prepare for promotion to Store Manager

Skills and Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred (retail, hospitality, food service, or similar)
  • Strong communication and people leadership skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow into a Store Manager role; able to obtain Pharmacy Technician Certification within 2 years (PTCB)
