Job Details
- Learn to manage daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Supervise, coach, and motivate team members to meet performance goals
- Support hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures
- Deliver a positive and inclusive customer experience
- Analyze store performance and help implement strategies to improve results
- Participate in a formal training program to prepare for promotion to Store Manager
Skills and Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred (retail, hospitality, food service, or similar)
- Strong communication and people leadership skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow into a Store Manager role; able to obtain Pharmacy Technician Certification within 2 years (PTCB)
