Job Details
• Acts as the first face of Ulta Beauty. You will greet guests and inform them of services and promotions.
• Offers friendly, knowledgeable service and product solutions for guests' needs.
• Courteously handles sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Ensures the store is replenished throughout the day and arranges all products to company standards on shelves and tables.
Skills and Qualifications
• A demonstrated passion for superior guest service, with the ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships.
• One year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• On a regular basis, requires the ability to stand, bend and lift 50 pounds of merchandise for a full-scheduled shift.
• The ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
