Job Details
- Contribute to achieving store goals in retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink
- Deliver exceptional guest service by creating a welcoming environment, personalizing interactions, and promoting products and services
- Handle customer service needs, including sales, refunds, exchanges, and online order assistance in a courteous manner
- Support retail success by executing daily tasks and ensuring product availability for purchase
- Complete operational processes on time, including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures
Skills and Qualifications
- 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent education/work combination preferred
- Must be comfortable using basic technology (POS systems and Apple devices)
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required
- Relevant soft skills include customer service, relationship building, problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability
