Patient Food Service Assistant

• Deliver patient meal trays, continental breakfast, between meal snacks, and nourishments
• Use scripts, age appropriate guidelines, and patient identification procedures when passing trays and ensures patients with prescribed diets receive meal trays on units assigned
• Clean and sanitize nourishment centers and soiled tray carts
• Ensure food service sanitation and quality control standards are met

• Food service and customer service experience preferred
• Enjoys being on feet since the work demands 100% walking and/or standing
• Enjoys working with people and patients
• Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Must have open availability from 6:00AM-9:30PM including on weekends
