Relationship Banker

Job Details

  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships by providing personalized financial guidance and banking solutions
  • Cross-sell banking products and refer clients to partners including mortgage, investments, business banking, and wealth management services
  • Proactively engage clients through outreach, follow-up, community involvement, and relationship-building activities
  • Resolve customer service issues, process banking transactions accurately, and educate clients on digital banking solutions
  • Achieve sales, lending, referral, and account opening goals while ensuring compliance with banking policies, procedures, and fraud prevention standards

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relationship-based client consultation and/or consultative sales experience required (in the banking industry is a plus)
  • Must be eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) or currently NMLS registered
  • Willingness to travel between branch locations may be required
