Guest Room Attendant

• Clean and inspect guest rooms according to hotel standards to ensure cleanliness and readiness
• Check all rooms for missing amenities, supplies, and overall quality, including VIP and special request rooms
• Fulfill guest requests promptly, such as providing extra pillows or blankets
• Maintain organized and properly stocked linen rooms at all times
• Keep equipment clean, well maintained, and in proper working condition

• Passion for delivering exceptional service in a luxury hospitality environment
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift or pull moderate weight
• Willing to support multiple roles (Lobby, Desk, and House Attendant) as needed
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable using electronic systems
