Job Details
- Clean and inspect guest rooms according to hotel standards to ensure cleanliness and readiness
- Check all rooms for missing amenities, supplies, and overall quality, including VIP and special request rooms
- Fulfill guest requests promptly, such as providing extra pillows or blankets
- Maintain organized and properly stocked linen rooms at all times
- Keep equipment clean, well maintained, and in proper working condition
Skills and Qualifications
- Passion for delivering exceptional service in a luxury hospitality environment
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift or pull moderate weight
- Willing to support multiple roles (Lobby, Desk, and House Attendant) as needed
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable using electronic systems
