Bell Attendant

• Greet guests and escort them to their rooms
• Deliver and retrieve luggage during check-in and departure, transporting items to storage or the Front Drive
• Maintain accurate records of all luggage deliveries and pickups
• Assist guests throughout the lobby by offering support and assistance
• Provide shoeshine service by collecting, cleaning, polishing, and returning guest shoes

•  Previous guest services experience, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel environment
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and push carts up to 200 lbs
• Ability to work in warm outdoor temperatures
• Strong customer service skills
