Security Officer-Loss Prevention Officer

• Focus on preventing loss and controlling shrink by monitoring the store for fraud, compliance discrepancies, and other related activities 
• Use video surveillance and other systems to identify potential concerns and apprehend individuals in line with company policy and local laws 
• Prioritize safety while following proper procedures for apprehension and reporting 
• Ensure a secure and safe environment for customers, associates, and business partners 
• Stay alert and adapt to best address security needs 

• Ability to work on your feet for long periods of time is required 
• Relevant soft skills include punctuality, reliability, and adaptability in high-stress situations 
• Must be at least 21 years old
