Job Details
- Provide excellent customer service to all patrons, including assisting with directions and answering general inquiries
- Ensure smooth access for patrons, visitors, and vendors as needed
- Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to prevent theft and maintain a welcoming environment
- Maintain accurate logs concerning individuals, property, and packages.
- Respond promptly to incidents, including emergencies, and document them thoroughly for building and Titan Security management
Skills and Qualifications
- A valid Illinois PERC card or willingness to obtain one is required
- 6+ months of previous customer service or hospitality experience is required
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
- Capability to perform patrol duties, including walking up to 5 miles, climbing stairs, lifting 50+ lbs., and working in all weather conditions is essential
- Relevant soft skills include reading, writing, and speaking English
