Job Description

  • Recruit, train, and communicate with employees 
  • Develop, plan, and assign daily goals, tasks, and team member assignments 
  • Manage, supervise, and evaluate the team and individual staff performance 
  • Assist in analyzing sales reports and comparisons 

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2 years of management/supervisory experience in the food and beverage industry is required 
  • Associates degree or equivalent coursework preferred 
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems 
  • Relevant soft skills include management and conflict resolution
