- Assists members and physicians promptly through phone calls and written inquiries
- Spends around 90% of their scheduled time on the phone
- This role is based out of the BCBS Customer Service Center in Pilsen
Skills and Qualifications
- Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Six months customer service experience or experience in an office environment
- Data entry and/or typing experience
- Must have interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
