  • Assists members and physicians promptly through phone calls and written inquiries
  • Spends around 90% of their scheduled time on the phone
  • This role is based out of the BCBS Customer Service Center in Pilsen

Skills and Qualifications

  • Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Six months customer service experience or experience in an office environment
  • Data entry and/or typing experience
  • Must have interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
