Engage with prospective customers through sales calls to ensure their needs are met and to close sales (no cold calls)
Manage inbound calls efficiently, address customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues while maintaining high standards of customer service
Stay informed about and adhere to Federal and State legal requirements and standards to ensure compliance in all interactions
Utilize strong oral and written communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with customers.
Apply good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain accurate records
Skills & Qualifications
Current life insurance license in your resident state is required
1 year of sales or customer service experience is an asset
High-speed, hardwired internet connection with 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload in your home is necessary
Relevant skills include comfort working on a computer, specifically with email and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
