Job Description

Build lasting customer relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending tailored products and services
Collaborate with business partners to connect customers with experts in mortgage, wealth management, and other specialized areas
Operate teller drawer to process transactions in the lobby and drive-up
Open new accounts, perform account maintenance, and assist customers with digital banking tools
Identify potential fraud and risk, support bank opening/closing procedures, and participate in community and bank events

Skills & Qualifications

1-2 years of previous banking experience is required; 1-2 years of customer contact and sales experience is preferred
Must be available to work all shifts, including Saturdays
Travel between branches may be necessary
Relevant soft skills include customer service, communication, attention to detail, and attention to detail
