Customer Service Associate

Job Description

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, addressing questions, resolving issues, and modeling best practices to enhance the customer experience
  • Operate the cash register to process transactions, handle payments and returns, and ensure efficient and friendly checkout service
  • Maintain clean and organized sales areas, stock and price merchandise, and assist with resets, displays, and inventory tasks
  • Support store operations by implementing asset protection procedures, complying with regulations on regulated products, and assisting with food safety and product rotation
  • Provide photo and web order services, contribute to store upkeep, and complete additional tasks and special assignments as directed

Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ months of customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Must be at least 16 years old with open weekend availability
  • Applicants are required to pass an online multiple choice assessment
  • Relevant soft skills include a friendly demeanor and hardworking attitude

Education

  • No High School Diploma/No GED
