Executive Assistant

Job Description

  • Provide administrative oversight for BSD projects, including managing timelines, coordinating meetings, and updating tracking systems
  • Plan and execute deliverables for departmental meetings, initiatives, and special projects with efficiency and confidentiality
  • Manage office logistics such as calendars, travel, expenses, recruitment support, and correspondence; prioritize with discretion
  • Coordinate and support leadership activities, including preparing reports, staffing board meetings, and maintaining effective information flow
  • Lead special projects, contribute to strategic planning and budgeting, and support operational problem-solving with written recommendations

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an executive assistant in an academic environment or healthcare executive setting is preferred
  • Skilled in scheduling and supporting multiple leaders in a hybrid work environment, preparing presentation decks, and drafting, editing, and managing high-level executive communications
  • Strong background in budget reconciliation, expense tracking, and project management is a plus
  • Relevant soft skills include confidentiality, collaboration, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
