Job Description

Provide excellent customer service to all patrons, including assisting with directions and answering general inquiries
Ensure smooth access for patrons, visitors, and vendors as needed
Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to prevent theft and maintain a welcoming environment
Maintain accurate logs concerning individuals, property, and packages.
Respond promptly to incidents, including emergencies, and document them thoroughly for building and Titan Security management

Skills & Qualifications

A valid Illinois PERC card or willingness to obtain one is required
Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
Capability to perform patrol duties, including walking up to 5 miles, climbing stairs, lifting 50+ lbs., and working in all weather conditions is essential
Relevant soft skills include reading, writing, and speaking English
