Job Details
- Collaborate with partners to identify referrals, deepen customer relationships, and promote a full range of banking services
- Welcome and guide customers in the branch, promote digital tools and self-service options, and lead lobby conversations to enhance the banking experience
- Execute transactions efficiently, review customer profiles, and engage in needs-based conversations to recommend banking and credit solutions
- Support daily branch operations, ensure compliance with risk and regulatory requirements, and contribute to business and customer experience goals
- Stay informed on industry trends and banking products, integrate marketing programs into conversations, and identify suspicious activities for reporting
- This role is scheduled 20 hours per week
Skills and Qualifications
- 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or equivalent education is preferred
- Knowledge of social media, tablets, smart phones, online tools, and applications is a plus
- Open availability, including Saturdays, is required
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Relevant soft skills include interpersonal skills, communication, problem solving, organization, and collaboration
