Job Details
- Engage with existing and prospective customers through needs-based assessments and recommend tailored solutions
- Offer clients guidance on available digital and self-serve options with the goal of making banking easy, simple, and fast
- Grow BMO’s customer base through outreach, generating appointments, and building new relationships within the community
- Address questions and resolve issues raised through consumer credit audits and quality checks to ensure accurate data entry
- Follow risk and compliance processes and policies to ensure safety for customers’ assets and privacy
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in financial services and/or in a customer service or sales role is a plus
- Knowledge of customer needs and solutions, retail investments, and lending products is an asset
- Relevant soft skills include problem solving, adaptability, verbal and written communication, organization, collaboration, and a results-driven mindset
