Job Details
- Respond to requests by asking probing questions, gathering details, and providing accurate information
- Coordinate logistics and event planning for leadership meetings, including venues, catering, schedules, and on-site support
- Manage and schedule business travel, ensuring all required documentation is prepared for domestic and international trips
- Create, edit, and proofread a variety of documents including reports, presentations, memos, and organizational materials
Skills and Qualifications
- 1+ year of administrative experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Lucidchart
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation accuracy
