Customer Sales Support Coordinator

Job Details

  • Prepare estimates and enter accurate sales orders into the system
  • Respond to customer calls and emails professionally and courteously
  • Ensure orders are processed correctly and clearly communicated to the shop floor
  • Monitor open orders and provide proactive updates to customers
  • Schedule shipments through LTL freight portals and enter customer purchase orders

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1+ year of strong customer service experience required
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with computers and eager to learn cloud-based software and order entry systems
  • Must be able to commute to Wrigleyville (current location) and Addison starting in May/June (future location)
