Job Details
- Handle high volumes of inbound calls while delivering professional, empathetic, and efficient customer service
- Navigate multiple systems and databases quickly to resolve customer inquiries
- Assist with order placement, product information, pricing, invoicing issues, credits, and returns
- Solve problems independently using critical thinking and available resources
Skills and Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service experience required
- High-volume inbound call center experience preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with CRM systems and SAP is a plus
