Customer Service Representative

Job Details

  • Handle high volumes of inbound calls while delivering professional, empathetic, and efficient customer service
  • Navigate multiple systems and databases quickly to resolve customer inquiries
  • Assist with order placement, product information, pricing, invoicing issues, credits, and returns
  • Solve problems independently using critical thinking and available resources

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1+ year of customer service experience required
  • High-volume inbound call center experience preferred but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience with CRM systems and SAP is a plus
