- Assist with daily flower preparation - trimming, arranging, and maintaining freshness
- Support in creating bouquets and floral products following design guidelines
- Help maintain a clean and organized workspace, including flower coolers and supplies
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to shop visitors and event clients
- Participate in community and farm-based floral projects as needed
- Learn and apply basic principles of sustainable flower farming and eco-friendly design
Skills and Qualifications
- Must be 16-24 years old and live in one of the following ZIP codes: 60608, 60612, 60623, or 60624
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Reliable and punctual with strong teamwork skills
- Creative mindset and appreciation for plants, flowers, or sustainability
- Basic communication and organization skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
