Cook County Manufacturing Apprenticeship Acclelerator

The Cook County Manufacturing Apprenticeship Accelerator connects job seekers with available “earn and learn” positions in the manufacturing industry, including apprenticeships.  This “concierge service” helps manufacturers identify and screen candidates while providing participants with career support and other resources during their first 90 days on the job.

Positions are required to include:

• an “earn and learn” model
• an industry-focused on-the-job training plan or curriculum
• the opportunity to earn industry-recognize credentials
• a salary increase after completion
