Job Description

- Build strong rapport with guests and team members while delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Provide professional product recommendations during every service to drive sales and satisfaction
- Assist Elite or Master Hair Stylist mentors while actively developing technical and business skills
- Meet or exceed individual sales and productivity goals through consistent performance
- Participate in education events, workshops, and business development meetings to support ongoing growth and maintain salon standards

Skills & Qualifications

- An active cosmetology or esthetics license is required (no prior work experience necessary)
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Proficiency with latest salon techniques and equipment is an asset
- Relevant soft skills include strong listening and verbal communication
